LabTatva Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

By using LabTatva, creating an account or submitting information, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. If you do not agree, do not use authenticated or transaction features. Questions may be sent to support@coretatva.com.

2. Directory and accreditation boundary

LabTatva is an independent directory and B2B communication platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or certified by NABL or QCI. Official-source facts, platform interpretations, laboratory claims and platform-verified operating information remain distinct. A directory result, score, review or semantic similarity does not establish accreditation eligibility. Buyers and laboratories must verify the current certificate, approved scope, method, range and applicable official evidence before relying on a match or entering a contract.

3. Accounts, claims and submissions

You must provide accurate information, keep credentials secure and use only accounts you are authorised to control. Laboratory claims and profile changes may require verified identity, official contact evidence and manual review. Users cannot directly alter official-source accreditation facts. You grant LabTatva permission to process and display submitted content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the service; you retain responsibility for having the rights and permissions to submit it.

4. RFQs, quotations and contact unlocks

Buyers must submit genuine testing requirements and select intended laboratory recipients. Laboratories must independently confirm capability and current accreditation scope before quoting. Buyer contact remains masked until an authorised laboratory user records an unlock. Reviewing an RFQ or revealing contact does not guarantee a response, award, conversion, creditworthiness or successful testing engagement. Submitted RFQs and quotations form an auditable transaction history and are cancelled, withdrawn, archived or superseded rather than hard-deleted.

5. Payments and platform credits

Paid recharges are disabled unless an in-product checkout clearly states that payments are available. When enabled, payment is processed by the named payment provider and settled to the approved CoreTatva business current account. A successful client screen or payment screenshot is not proof of settlement; LabTatva credits an account only after server-side provider verification. Never send money to an unlisted UPI ID or bank account, and never disclose a UPI PIN, card CVV or online-banking password to LabTatva.

Any purchased platform credits are non-interest-bearing, non-transferable service units and are not cash or a bank deposit. Pricing, taxes, credit quantity and commercial conditions must be shown before checkout. No provision in these terms removes a refund, cancellation, dispute or chargeback right that cannot lawfully be excluded. Duplicate, failed, unauthorised, reversed or incorrectly credited payments are investigated using provider and ledger evidence, and refunds or adjustments are handled under applicable law, the checkout terms and provider rules.

6. Reviews and moderation

Reviews require a verified platform account and an attestation of genuine service experience. LabTatva may hold, reject or remove reviews and claims that are unsupported, unlawful, abusive, misleading, conflict-affected or disclose private information. Reviews reflect user experience and never establish accreditation eligibility.

7. Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person or organisation; misrepresent accreditation, affiliation or authority; submit unlawful or deceptive content; probe or bypass security controls; scrape protected interfaces; bypass CAPTCHA or source rate limits; send unsolicited bulk communications; interfere with the service; or use buyer or laboratory contact details outside the relevant business enquiry and applicable law. LabTatva may restrict access while investigating abuse or protecting users and evidence.

8. Availability and changes

Features may be introduced, limited, suspended or withdrawn for security, legal, operational or pilot reasons. LabTatva may correct inaccurate directory or platform information through its reviewed workflows. Material changes to these terms will be posted here with a revised effective date; changes do not retroactively remove rights that applied to a completed transaction.

9. Responsibility and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LabTatva is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from third-party conduct, external source errors or a user's decision to contract. Nothing excludes liability or a remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Before filing a dispute, contact support@coretatva.com with the relevant account, RFQ or payment reference so the evidence can be reviewed. These terms are governed by Indian law, subject to any mandatory forum or consumer protections that apply.
